Before you order

When making Tiffy Thompson customs we do not start any of the process until we receive the clients measurements. By having your measurements we can ensure that your unit is being made based on your and your needs. Don’t know how?? No worries, we have a video that’ll show your exactly how it’s done.

Yes you can provide your own hair if you choose too. Please make sure it is human hair of quality as we are not responsible for damages done to hair in the wig making process. Make sure bundles a separated by length and clearly labeled. We welcome used hair as well but it MUST be clean and free of hair glue, thread etc. If your wefts are cut there is an additional charge of $30.  

We are located in New York City, for those who are not local and/or if you would rather ship your hair to us be sure to select the correct “hair” option based on the bundles you are providing. Once order is placed you will receive the address where you will ship the hair. 

Typically we would need 3 bundles plus the lace frontal or closure. If you are using hair shorter than 14 inch, 2 bundles would be fine. For the hair 22 inches and longer we would advice having 4 bundles instead. Any hair that is provided and not used will be returned unless requested otherwise. 

Once you receive your wig

Although wig glue is a great option it is not always needed. Tiffy Thompson does make Glueless wigs. Some other options if your unit is not already made Glueless is adding a band. Be sure to read the captions under our wigs, some of our units come equipped with combs and adjustable straps for extra security.

The way our wigs are constructed, if it isn’t glueless already I can be made glueless by adding an elastic band which we will provide to you with your finished unit. We will not attach the band to the wig before hand (unless requested) because everybody has a different preference on how snug or loose they would like their wig to fit. 

Policies

Custom Made Wigs - Due to the nature of our products and how they are made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for custom orders. If changes need to be made we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly. 


Ready to Ship Wigs - All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee within 72 hour of receiving your wig. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any units that have been altered in any way, worn or lace has been cut.


Bundles and Lace - Returns or exchanges are allowed within 72 hours as long as products remains in the condition is was received. We will not accept any items that have been altered in any way (brushed, combed, wet, cut, etc.) 


Sales Item - All promo purchases are FINAL.

Services

No. Fortunately, all custom wig purchases include customization. This mean outside of the machine construction your knots will also be bleached and your hairline will be tweezed. This combination take your wig from unrealistic store bought wig, to natural looking, super natural custom wig. Customization also mean we will pluck out a part for you if you want and you will receive your unit already styled and reach to wear.

The only time customization is actually paid for is when you are bringing us an outside wig. Customizing a wig in that case cost $100  

Shipping

We ship our packages using USPS. 

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for $15 

Expedite shipping is 2 business days for $25  

Shipping time is additional to wig turn around time.

Time

Once measurements are received turn around time is 7-10 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. However we do have an express option for an additional $50. With that turnaround time is 3-4 days.
