Everything you need to know BEFORE Building a Custom Wig from Tiffy Thompson

GENERAL INFO 
First, THANK YOU, for considering one of Tiffy Thompson's custom unit. When order a custom made unit from us you can expect a machine made wig constructed on a breathable mesh dome cap unless a ventilated cap is requested. There are 3 options for custom unit, Custom Frontal Wig, Custom Closure Wig and Custom U-Part Wig (don't know the difference, check out our "Wigs for Beginners" section. When placing these items in your cart ALONE you can expect fully customized machine made wig. Customized mean bleached knots, tweezed hairline, optional baby hairs, your option for a glueless or adhesive required wig and your option of styling. Any other desired services such as cut, color, extra bundles etc. need to be added to the cart along with your custom wig. With proper maintenance our custom unit can last you 2+ years.
TURN AROUND TIME
When ordering a unit, weather custom or pre-made, please allow 7-10 business days. Business days mean Monday-Friday and do not include holidays or weekends. If Express Service is needed please be sure to add Express Service to your cart when ordering to assure a 3-4 business day turnaround. This does not include shipping.
HAIR
Most times, your wig will require 3 bundles along with your lace. If you are using hair 8-14 inches long you can use 2 bundles depending on how full you like your hair. However if dealing with hair 24 inches and longer you may want to consider using more than 3 bundles again, depending on how full you like your hair. More than 3 bundles will require you to add Extra Bundles option to your cart along with your custom wig choice. Yes Tiffy Thompson does provide bundles if you need them. Yes you can provide your own hair but please be sure you are using the correct color lace for your skin color. Lace Color Matters. We also accept used bundles but WE WILL NOT, work with any hair that is still dirty, matted or tangled, hair that still has left over glue or thread from previous used or is cut in pieces smaller that 10 inches. If wefts are cut please be sure to add Cut Wefts to your cart when ordering your wig.
MEASURMENTS
All custom orders REQUIRE some specific head measurements to assure a perfect fit. If you are dropping off your hair or using our Pick Up/Drop Off service, measurements can be taken then, otherwise here is a video that will help you take the measurements yourself.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature in which our products are made please understand, there are absolutely no refunds /exchange for ANY of our wigs.  ALL orders cancelled after 24 HOURS will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Once unit is received please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments or concerns. If any adjustments need to be made we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly. But please understand that there are no refunds/exchanges for customized orders.
ONCE WIG IS COMPLETE
You have the option to pick up completed wigs from us yourself, we can drop it off to you directly if purchased our Pick Up/Drop Off service (NYC Only) or we can ship the completed unit. Shipping fee is $15 and that includes, Tracking number, Insurance and Requires an ADULT SIGNATURE.
SHIPPING 
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Keep in mind, shipping time and the normal turnaround time are NOT the same. Shipping fee is $15 - $25 and that includes, Tracking number, Insurance and Requires an ADULT SIGNATURE.
